Luke Nicolaison - REALTOR®
I enlisted in the United States Marine Corps right after graduation. I started out as a jet mechanic ensuring the safety and support of the C-130’s. After one of life’s curveballs and experiencing a health problem I found myself a very young disabled veteran. I moved home back to Tidewater where my luck turned around... I fell in love. I met my wife where I was always told to meet my spouse, at church. Today, we have four children and an amazing dog, and a lot more perspective.
After eight years working in property management and administration, I wanted to dive deeper and learn more about the real estate industry. I received and opportunity to work at a national mortgage company. While at the mortgage company, I was able to learn an immense amount of valuable information about the business and financing side of real estate. The process of buying a home and the importance of the timely details and deadlines became real evident when I was processing loans. I also worked in the compliance department and as a loan officer assistant, assisting two of the top Loan officers in Tidewater, specifically helping assist with their first time homebuyers.
I am unashamedly Mr. DAD and was only going to work in real estate part-time, but the desire to help friends, friends of friends and new friends navigate the home buying and selling process has invigorated me into a full-time passion. I found that when you treat every house like it is yours and every client like their family, you never have to wonder about if there will be a house the next day.
I am the guy next door, who listens, find solutions and whose dedication & passion is to assist you through all the steps and decisions that need to be completed in selling and/or buying real estate.
